NLM provides rehabilitation services, medical support, hostel facilities, education, vocational training, and awareness programs to help persons with disabilities and women live with dignity, confidence, and independence. The organization also promotes women’s rights, health and hygiene awareness, formal and informal education, computer and English language learning, and income-generating skills such as dressmaking, beautician training, embroidery, cooking, and other vocational courses.
